Process for producing and forming the grille

Step 1. Prepare materials
low carbon steel wire Wire size will be 2mm - 8mm.

Step 2. Bending the iron
Take the prepared wire and bend it into the shape you received.

Step 3. Connect the steel
After bending the steel, connect both ends together.

Step 4. Weld the splint.

Step 5. Hit the panel.
Take the workpiece that has been successfully welded. Let's ghost the panels to create square-like squares.

Step 6. Cut the scraps
Cut off excess scraps from the workpiece to make it smooth and straight as received.

Step 7. Assemble
It will connect the connector to the piece or price tag.

Step 8. Plating and painting
Plated with prepared colored powder or spray paint.
